When a client is targeted by a smear campaign (most often on X (Twitter), Reddit and partisan blogs, occasionally in mainstream media or through paid posts from influencers), we identify who's behind it and shut down the distribution channels. At the same time, we put out material that works in the client's favor.

When coverage twists the facts or runs outright disinformation, we draft an official rebuttal and push it out through the same channels the false claims came from.

What's the difference between ORM and SERM?
ORM — online reputation management — is the whole picture: monitoring, handling reviews and press, and pushing back on attacks. SERM is the part that deals with search results: what someone sees on the first page when they Google your name or your company. In practice we run both together.
Can you fully remove a negative review or article?
Some of it comes down — through proper platform appeals, working with the site, and legal takedowns, especially where something is fake or defamatory. What can't be removed, we bury: the first page fills up with current, neutral material instead. We tell you upfront what can actually go and what can only be pushed down.
How long does it take?
Taking down a single post usually runs from a few days to a couple of months, depending on the platform and jurisdiction. Reshaping search results for good takes several months. For an active incident, our on-call team responds shortly — we're available 24/7.
How much does it cost?
