FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does escrow actually work?
The funds and whatever's being traded sit under our control until both sides have done their part. We pin down the terms, sign off on each stage, and only release the money to the seller once the buyer has what was agreed. If things go sideways, we return the funds the way we set out in advance.
Is this legal, and what rules do you work by?
Yes. We stay within the law and the banking practice of the jurisdiction the deal belongs to. The guarantor role, where our responsibility ends, and the terms all go in writing before anything starts.
Do you handle crypto and digital-asset deals?
Yes. We run trusted settlement on crypto and digital-asset deals, hold the funds under control, and vet the parties just as closely as we would on a conventional deal.
What does it cost, and do you take payment upfront?
It comes down to the amount, the number of stages and the risk on the deal — we name a figure after a quick review. There's no charge for the conversation: first we tell you honestly whether we can act as guarantor, then we propose terms.
What happens if a dispute comes up?
We step in as the neutral party: locking down the evidence, checking it against the terms, and helping both sides settle out of court. If the funds are already under our control, they stay safe until the dispute is resolved.
Can you act as guarantor on an international deal?
Yes. We handle deals between parties in different countries — vetting the counterparties and their source of funds, breaking the deal into stages, and tracking it from the first message through to closing.

We operate within the laws and banking practice of the jurisdiction the project belongs to.

People come to us when a deal is too big or too risky to run on trust alone — when it calls for an escrow service and a neutral party to stand behind it. We hold the funds, vet both sides and their source of money, and make sure every obligation is met: buying real estate or digital assets, deals with money paid upfront, cross-border contracts. If a dispute comes up, we act as the neutral party — locking down the evidence and mediating. That way a secure deal no longer hinges on how much you trust the person on the other side.
