Privacy policy

Updated 12 October 2026

This policy explains what the site daemon-intelligence.com collects and how we handle the data you send when you get in touch. In short: the site itself collects nothing about you, and we keep correspondence only as long as the work requires.

The site

The site is static. It has no forms, sign-up, cookies, analytics, advertising or other third-party scripts. Browsing the pages leaves no personal data on the site. The only thing the site remembers is your chosen language: it is stored in your browser (localStorage), stays on your device and is not sent anywhere.

The hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP address, request time, page address) — standard web-server operation needed for its security. These logs reveal nothing about the content of your tasks.

Contacting us

When you write to us we receive what you provide: the address of your channel (email, Telegram, Element, etc.) and the text of your message. We ask you not to send names, documents or sensitive details before a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

We use this data only to reply and carry out the task. We do not pass it to third parties, except where the law directly requires, and we do not use it for marketing.

Retention

We delete correspondence and working files for a task within 30 days of closing it, unless you ask us to keep them longer. Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once the exchange ends.

For contact we prefer end-to-end encrypted channels: conversations in them are not available to intermediaries — messenger servers and network providers. For email we recommend PGP encryption; our key is on the contact page.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see what we hold about your enquiry and to have it deleted. Send the request through the same channel you used to reach us.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting work already under way are agreed with you separately.
